Checking a date or generating a quote does not reserve it. A free 7-day courtesy hold begins only when Spin Eventz confirms it in writing. For new bookings, the deposit is 100% refundable if written cancellation is received at least 90 calendar days before the event; existing signed bookings retain their original terms.
