Yes. A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Once your retainer is received and your contract is signed, your date is locked exclusively for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Events booked within 30 days require full payment at booking.

Yes, always. Every single event includes a full backup audio system on-site. If a speaker, mixer, or any piece of equipment fails, we have a backup ready to go in minutes. Your event will not go dark.
