Additional Fees & Considerations
Ceremony Audio
A dedicated secondary sound system and wireless mics for your ceremony is available starting at $350.
Unlimited Photo Prints
Unlimited 2x6 photo strips, dedicated print station, consumables, custom print design, and trained attendant available for $395 (up to 3 hours). 4x6 upgrade +$100, extra hours +$125/hr.
Travel & Driving
Travel is available and calculated in your custom quote based on event location and venue logistics — always disclosed upfront.
Outdoor Events
A $250 Outdoor Event Fee applies to outdoor events to cover additional setup, basic equipment protection, heat/dust exposure, and normal post-event equipment cleaning. A $100 Difficult Outdoor Access Fee applies when the setup area is not paved, level, weather-protected, and cart-accessible. Complex outdoor production is quoted separately.
Difficult Load-Ins
Hotels or venues with complex check-in processes or difficult load-ins may require an additional custom logistics charge.
Parking
Valet-only venues require a $75 charge paid in advance, refundable if complimentary vendor parking is provided.
Late Night Hours
Events ending after 11:00 PM incur $100 per additional hour.

Events ending after 11:00 PM incur $100 per additional hour. A 20% retainer secures your date; the balance is due 30 days before the event. Events booked within 30 days require full payment at booking.
