A dedicated secondary sound system and wireless mics for your ceremony is available for $500.
Travel & Driving
Events located more than 20 miles outside downtown Austin incur a $1 per mile travel fee.
Outdoor Events
An additional $150 fee applies to outdoor events to cover specialized equipment needs and setup.
Difficult Load-Ins
Hotels or venues with complex check-in processes or difficult load-ins require an additional $150 fee.
Parking
If no parking is provided or available at the venue, a $75-$150 parking fee will be added.
Late Night Hours
Any performance hours extending past 11:00 PM will incur an additional $195 per hour.
