Step 2 — Venue & logistics
- Venue name and full event address
- City / ZIP, floor (first / second / third / other)
- Stairs, elevator, or loading dock
- Approximate equipment carry distance
- Indoor / outdoor, rain / backup plan
- Power availability and venue restrictions
- COI requirement
- Venue day-of contact name and phone
- Parking type (free, public/paid, valet, vendor parking provided)
Step 3 — Event details
- Event type, event date, and guest count
- Ceremony / start / end times and setup access time
- Requested DJ / MC, photo booth, lighting, special effects, photography, or karaoke services
- Selected package and add-ons
- Music and language preferences
- Special requests and final review / consent
Pricing & Logistics Disclosures
- Valet-only venues require a $75 parking charge paid in advance. It is refundable if complimentary vendor parking is provided on the event date.
- Outdoor events and difficult load-in/load-out conditions may require an additional custom logistics charge.
- Travel, venue logistics, peak-date and late-night charges are calculated in the custom quote.
- Events ending after 11:00 PM incur $100 per additional hour.
- Dancing on Clouds and Cold Sparks require venue approval and safe operating conditions.
